I spent the last weekend (Bonfire Night here in the UK) on the Gower Peninsula in South Wales, UK. It truly is a stunning location providing a great variety of hills, beaches and wonderful scenery. It's great for walking, surfing and photography...while I may not be a surfer (can you imagine!), the other two will do just fine....
Back in September, I was lucky enough to be invited to the south of France for a 4 day long birthday gathering. It was to celebrate the birthday of Anne, my girlfriends Mum, and she was so generous to pay for Kate and I to join them in Carcassonne.
